After coming to the US at age 14, I received my undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Cornell University, and my master’s degree in Statistics from Rutgers University.

Joined IBM in 1982, helping the factory in process controls and improvements.

Started working at Seagate in 1997. Helped the deployment of the Six Sigma program, an opportunity that enabled me to travel to numerous countries. Transitioned into Seagate Media Development organization in 2009 as an engineering staff. My current roles involve training and project management.

Joined CTW in 2014. Teamwork with other CTW members on organizing workshops, developing soft skills and innovation material, and providing logistics support.
