Charles Lee has broad experience in product management, product marketing and technical sales among various industries, including customer services, software/SaaS and telecommunications. Over the years, Charles has managed the entire life cycles of multiple products including software, platform, hardware and OEM/resale projects. He recently served as the Director of Product Management at Genesys, a leading contact center cloud solution provider.

Charles holds a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from National Taiwan University, master degrees both in mechanical and electrical engineering from Texas A&M and Columbia University, and an MBA focus in finance from Rutgers University.

Charles loves active workouts, hiking and swimming. In leisure time, he particularly enjoys hangout with friends and colleagues.
